At AAA Premier Soccer Tours, we are committed to making the booking and payment process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please review our payment policy carefully to understand your obligations and the options available.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
• Bank Transfers: Direct transfers to our designated bank account. Please contact us for bank details.
• PayPal: Secure payments through your PayPal account.

All payments must be made in the currency specified on your invoice or booking confirmation. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Schedule

• Deposit:
  A $500 USD per person deposit is required at the time of the reservation to secure tour. The balance is due 90 days prior to the tour departure date. All payments may be made by check or credit card.
• Final Payment:
  The remaining balance must be paid in full 90 days before the tour start date. If your booking is made within 90 days of the tour start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
• Late Payments:
  If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits paid. In some cases, late payments may be accepted with an additional late fee, subject to our discretion.

Invoicing and Receipts

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice detailing the total cost of the tour, the deposit amount, and the final payment due date. Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue a confirmation and a receipt via email.

Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways and encryption technology to protect your financial information. Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds. In general, deposits are non-refundable, and refunds for payments made are subject to the conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices are quoted in the specified currency. If you are paying in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and fees. These costs are your responsibility and are not covered by AAA Premier Soccer Tours.

Additional Charges

Some tours may incur additional charges for optional activities, special requests, or customizations. These charges will be communicated to you before your final payment is due.
