Refund Policy

At AAA Premier Soccer Tours, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to address cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Fee Schedule if Canceled by the Customer:

  • 91 Days or More Before Tour Start Date
    If you cancel your booking 91 days or more before the tour start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus a $100 USD per person cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees if applicable. All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to our customer service team.

 

  • 90 to 61 Days Before Tour Start Date
    If you cancel your booking within 90 to 61 days of the tour start date, a partial refund of 25% of the tour price, $100 USD per person cancellation fee, and any non-refundable fees if applicable. We will make every effort to minimize the loss, but please note that some non-refundable fees may be unrecoverable.

 

  • 60 to 46 Days Before Tour Start Date
    If you cancel your booking within 60 to 46 days of the tour start date, a partial refund of 50% of the tour price, $100 USD per person cancellation fee, and any non-refundable fees if applicable. We will make every effort to minimize the loss, but please note that some non-refundable fees may be unrecoverable.

 

  • 45 to 0 Days Before Tour Start Date
    Cancellations made less than 45 days or before the tour start date are generally 100% non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). In such cases, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by AAA Premier Soccer Tours

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason, you will receive either an option to change the date or a full refund of all payments made. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide any additional alternative options if available.

Changes to Itinerary

If we make significant changes to the itinerary (such as altering the dates, location, or key components of the tour), you will be notified promptly. If you are not satisfied with the changes, you may choose to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request or notification of a tour cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance can help protect you from losses due to last-minute cancellations or changes in your travel plans.
