Welcome to the AAA Premier Soccer Tours website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or making a booking. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

Bookings and Payments

• Booking Process
  All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested. Once you submit your booking request, we will confirm your reservation via email or phone.
• Pricing
  All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. However, once your booking has been confirmed, the price will not change unless there are significant alterations to the services provided, which will be communicated to you in advance.
• Payment Terms
  A $500 USD per person deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the tour departure date. All payments may be made by check or credit card.
• Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel a player on the trip or the full team trip, you should contact AAA Priemer Soccer Tours immediately, and then send a notification in writing by email. Certain fees will apply calculated as of the date AAA Priemer Soccer Tours receives written the notice of cancellation. If you cancel your booking 91 days or more before the tour start date, you will receive a full refund, minus $100 USD per person non-refundable fees (e.g., administrative or third-party fees). If you cancel within 90 days or less before the tour start date, a partial refund may be issued based on our cancellation fee schedule and any non-recoverable expenses that are outside of our control from a third-party, such as special events, custom excursion, etc.
  • Cancellation by Us: Although very rare, AAA Premier Soccer Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a change of date will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.

 Tour Itinerary and Changes

• Tour Itinerary
  Every effort will be made to provide the itinerary as outlined on the website and in the booking confirmation. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and other tour components due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue availability, or other factors beyond our control.
• Changes by You
  If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Additional fees may apply.

Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

• Passports and Visas
  You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, and any necessary visas or other documentation required to enter the UK. We are not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
• Travel Insurance
  We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, and personal liability. We are not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to the absence of adequate travel insurance.
• Health and Fitness
  You must ensure that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the activities outlined in your tour. Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions should be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, and local communities. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund. You are responsible for any damages caused by your actions during the tour.

Liability Disclaimer

• Limitation of Liability
  We will not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or delay that may arise during or as a result of participation in our tours, except where such loss or damage is due to our negligence.
• Third-Party Services
  Our tours may include services provided by third-party suppliers, such as hotels, transport providers, and local guides. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these third parties.
• Force Majeure
  We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
